What happens at the end of my free trial?
We’ll email you to let you know when your free trial is about to end. If you enjoy using Lodge as much as we think you will, we’re confident you’ll want to subscribe so you can keep accessing Lodge to help you manage your investment property.

How does the subscription work?
It’s simple — all you need to do it enter your payment details and we’ll automatically deduct the subscription amount when it’s due. You’re not locked into a contract and you can cancel at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you’ll still be able to log in until the end of that subscription period. And don’t worry, you’ll be able to download all the documents you’ve uploaded to Lodge before you go.
How do you track rental payments?
All you need to do is enter your bank account details and we’ll generate a BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number for you to send to your tenant. As soon as your tenant pays their rent using BPAY, we’ll process the payment and transfer it straight into your account. Your account details will be stored securely and won’t be shared with anyone.
What happens if my tenant is late with their rent?
If your rental payment is more than 2 days overdue, we’ll contact your tenant and ask them to make the payment immediately. We’ll keep you informed — and of course let you know as soon as we receive their payment. Easy.
How do I dispute a rental payment?
If you have any questions about a specific rental payment or you think you’ve received an incorrect payment, please contact us straight away and we’ll look into it for you.
Is my data secure with Lodge?
We really care about security and that’s why we follow international best practices, including data protection and active security monitoring. We also send a security code to your mobile when you access features that are considered high risk, such as setting up rental payments, which provides an extra layer of security. All payments are processed using BPAY, so you can rest assured that your financial data is safe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attend to your request by the next business day.
