You’ll need the tenant’s consent before you submit their details in Lodge and generate a report (we’ll ask you to check a box to confirm you have this). This can be in the form of an email with the tenants confirmation or signed document stating you have the right to use their details to generate a screening report. You should store and keep this consent form for your own records.
